It all started when…

Some 18 years ago, we used to come to Javea for short stays to enjoy the wide variety of activities on offer and the deep blue sea.

One day, we drove past a villa with impressive sea views and a trio of very tall euphorbia trees. Being a keen amateur photographer, I had to stop for a picture. This is where it all began. We bagged the photos and ... wrote down the phone on the “For sale” sign hanging at the garage door. A couple of visits later, the outcome was inevitable: the villa had to become ours.

We have been spending our family holidays in the villa since then. Our son, who is now 16 year old, has learned to walk up and down the stairs here, swim in the pool and go snorkelling in the clear waters of Javea. Family and friends join us regularly, and we all have now our preferred spots to relax around the house.

We would like you to enjoy as much the villa and Javea as we do. We want people to make the villa their own and hope they will look after it the way we do.
