The Villa
The house
• Unique location with breathtaking panoramic sea views, in the upmarket resort of Javea. Located in Balcon al Mar (balcony over the sea), the villa enjoys a dominant view of the stunning and award winning Ambolo beach*, with far reaching sea views towards Moraira and Calpe. A variety of beaches 5-15min drive away.
• A number of bars that serve food 5min drive away. A wide range of restaurants and shops some 10-15min drive away.
• Quiet area, all day sunny, south facing.
Level 1
• Large, impressive double height living room, with 3 large sofas, open fireplace, WiFi, flat screen TV, game console, Sky News, French and Spanish channels. Separate lounge area. Both with sea views. Air con (cold & hot).
• Interior and exterior dining rooms, with panoramic sea views. Covered terraces off the living spaces.
• Kitchen (with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, double fridge units, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle). From kitchen, access to exterior terrace with sea views and barbecue.
Level 2
• Separate lounge with balcony overlooking the sea, laundry with washing machine. Level 2 is accessible from an exterior staircase.
Level 3
Pool, pool houses and terraces.
Cold/hot air con included in rental prices.
The house can be heated as needed by air conditioning (please note that the radiators are not in use).
Ambolo beach has been temporarily closed for safety reasons
The pool area
• 10mx5m large swimming pool overlooking the sea, with WC in pool house and exterior shower.
• Selection of outside spaces by the pool to sunbath, including 2 covered areas with garden furniture to relax and enjoy the views. 2 BBQs.
• Terraced Mediterranean garden with pine and palm trees. Stairs down to the house from the street level and to the pool terrace. Level 2 is only accesible by an external staircase. Not suitable for wheelchair.
• Not disturbed at night by the lighthouse from Cabo de la Nao.
The bedrooms
• 5 very comfortable distributed between 2 floors, luxurious double bedrooms, all with sea views (3 with modern en-suite). Level 2 is accessible by an external staircase only. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Sleeps 10+2 (double sofa bed in level2 lounge). Option for 2 rollaway beds, enabling to sleep up to 14. Option for cots.
